    • Delays in sending the video may result in no return or exchange being accepted.
  3. Recommendation
    • We strongly recommend recording a video while opening the package as proof, even if you don’t anticipate any issue.
  4. Return Charges
    • For certain items, a return shipping fee may apply. This will be communicated in advance based on the product category and reason for return.
